Hi guys, i don't know how many of you live in the US, but please call these people to stop this ugly ugly contest:

I got this from deviant IamIdaho's page [link] and this is sickening, I won't ask how can they do this because from what I've seen in the field I'm in, huge bunches of people are the worst of the worst of the worst, no punishment is good enough for them

anyway this is the contest/tournament info on Ralph Maughans page, it will be held on Saturday 21st Feb, which is in less than 2 days time and they guys are not joking, people have to PAY to enter this contest

“We are urging concerned citizens to contact the Bent Rod Outdoors (208.879.2500), and also the Challis Chamber of Commerce (208.879.2771) to protest this day-long coyote slaughter.”

The coyote “tournament” was publicized through ads in the Challis Messenger on Feb. 12 and 18. When contacted, a Bent Rod employee stated that there would be prizes including cash for the most coyotes killed, the largest and smallest coyotes, and other categories. Coyote killers would enter the Bent Rod’s “tournament” by paying $25 per person, or $50 for a two-person team. The “contest” starts Saturday morning and ends that evening at Bent Rod Outdoors.

Please guys, give them a call, send them an email, let them know this is ugly and disgusting; they're giving prizes for taking away innocent lives, you can go no lower than that in my book. Please - do what you can, post this in your journal, esp. if you live in the US
